thanks ...we filed in may 29 and we just receive the approve from the immigration,i live in morocco and my husband is in NY and i really want to know whats the next step i cant wait to be with him...

pandazilla, What country are you dealing with?

If China [implied by "panda" in your handle] then be prepared for a LONG wait, once a petition clears NVC and is sent to the consulate in China, it will sit for 3 months or so in storage until the consulate is ready to "receive" it.

Check the guides and fill in your profile and timeline, so we can help you. Which petition was approved? Were both petitions approved? If your husband only filed an I-130 this is the wrong forum and you're on the CR1 path, not K3.

See Pushbrk's reply. Did your husband file an I-129F and was it also approved?

1) I-130 alone = CR1 visa;

2) I-130 + I-129F = K3 visa

What's next will depend on whether you are on path 1) or 2).
