Worried about AOS feebill

Before the nvc automated voice response system even said the aos fee is generated, I had called with my nvc case number to obtain the IIN. Even though the operator said the system isn't working, I still used this IIN to pay my fee online. When i paid online I got a payment receipt showin "in process". When I logged in the next day, it shows as "not paid". It has been 3 days now showing "not paid". Looking at my checking account this transaction already hit my account. What do I do now? If i were to call the nvc center wouldn't they just say we told you the system doesn't work. Is this anyone else having the same issue?

By the way I paid on July 21, it's now July 24.

If the system didn't work, it wouldn't have taken your money, right? I've heard from a few people that it can take up to three days for the web site to update. Maybe it needs more time. But don't feel bad if you have to call the NVC, just play dumb and say that no one told you the system didn't work. That's what I'd do. :innocent:
