Hi guys,

It's been a while!

I have been living and working (legally) in Mexico since January 2007. We are going to start the ball rolling again with the visa process. I had, and passed, my medical in London in May 2007. Now I am just waiting for an interview date.

Question :

Once I receive my K1 visa and enter the U.S., plan the wedding etc. etc. am I able to leave and re-enter inorder to contiue doing business here in Mexico?

The K1 is a one entry visa, if you leave the us you will not be able to use it to reenter. Once you have the Aos you can travel freely.

and you will need a new medical as it has been more than one year

Thank you for saving me the time in posting the same.. it is my problem as well coz we have made some plans in going in Victoria,Canada for our honeymoon.. guess we have to wait for the AOS and Temporary Green card huh?
