His behaviour is completely unwarrented. He should not be carrying on with this girl, unless he likes to continue receiving her affection. If he was serious about you and your feelings, he would cease having any contact with her what so ever. His reputation will be ruined not because he stops her, but because he doesn't stop her!

And "who" pray tell is the one that is supposed to find a new job... YOU?!! So he can continue having this inappropriate affair with his ex?

You need to put your foot down and say it's either her, or you. Can't have it both ways!!!

Exactly. He thinks that it is normal to keep contact with her. And that I am paranoic that I ask him to stop, because he said he will never cheat on me.

Another story.

He had lunch with her uncle and other ppl. Her uncle said bad things about her and her parents. After lunch he called her to turn his uncle in. She did not answer but had a missed call on her cell so next morning she was at his desk. Another reason to visit ..first he should ahve not called and second she shoudl ahve called back not to come to him, sinc ehe only called once.
