I think you have done the right thing. People here are always helpful and I have been helped so many times here on VJ but there is NO WAY I would share my NOA's with anyone.

Im sure a congressman can check this info DIRECTLY WITH NEBRASKA to find out if anyone has had petitions processed on those dates, and has no need to ask the enquirer (person who PM'd joey) to hassle other people. Not fair on the enquirer to ask them to do such a thing.

there is no reason to sent your information to that other individual..highly irregular and there reason has little validity

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Thanks - trust me I shred all receipts/statements, etc. I'm fanatical about that stuff and this case number is more important to me than anything in the world. The person didn't say if they'd called NSC and if the check had been cashed etc so I'm not going to give out my info. I feel really bad if I could have helped but you have to be careful, don't you? And this was someone listed as a newbie who I'd never seen on the boards before so don't hate me everyone for saying no! Please?

Just don't shred your NOA2, you'll need it for the AOS later on!!!!!

(I know you mean you shred financial stuff, but just making sure. :) )

And I wouldn't have shared that personal information either.

Thanks everyone! And thanks for all your great suggestions, they make a LOT of sense.

Don't worry Cassie, that baby's getting FRAMED when this is all over. I might name my first born NOA2 it meant that much to me!

I went to a fight and a hockey game broke out!

And so he did what countless punk-rock songs had told him to do so many times before: he lived his life

10/07/2006 WEDDING DAY!

11/14/2006 AOS packet made it to 'the box' after being overnighted.

12/02/2006 Paul had biometrics

12/14/2006 AOS Forwarded to CSC AND AP Application approved.

01/17/2007 First touch of 2007 at CSC

01/20/2007 Touched AGAIN (also the 18th) come on...

February: Oops, RFE for a REGISTERED marriage certificate. Oops! Overnighted it.

02/28/2007 Paul gets email letting us know his GREENCARD is on it's way! It's done...for now!

03/09/2007 Paul's greencard arrives. And breathe...

We began with mailing the I-129 in on February 27, 2006 so the whole process took us approx. one year.

Good luck out there!

I don't want to say

"no" maybe something more constructive because I'd like to believe that its not a scam & try to help them out (without giving them my information)
