This new bill won't affect people adjusting status will it?
No, it's not intended for AOS, that is, people going through the system legally. It's mainly intended for the millions who dodged the system altogether and who have no status.

From what we know from the media, there's nothing in the bill that would affect any of us from a legislative standpoint, but then even if there were we wouldn't know about it because legal immigration is not anywhere close as interesting.

The best way to find out is to see if they have posted the current version on THOMAS.

Permanent Green Card Holder since 2006, considering citizenship application in the future.
