On the i-129 form in section C it askes if you (the US citizen) has ever been convicted of 3 or more crimes related to a control substance or alcohol not in the same offence. My Fiance had a DUI in 2000 and then driving on a suspended license due to the DUI 6 months later. Does he need to answer yes to this question or no? I just don't want an RFE, but the way I read it is its only if you had 3 seperate convictions?

Answer no but attach the police report to the I129F petition so they won't send u the RFE, that's the worst delay!!

10/19/2009 EAD approval sent Oct 16th, EAD received in mail

10/20/2009 AOS approval sent

10/21/2009 Welcome letter received

10/22/2009 GC received alhamdulillah

Done with uscis until ... 10/14/2011
