Good thing and possible you might get transferred to CSC and not even have an interview. If you are going to have interview in person for AOS, you should be getting appointment letter within 60 days of NOAs. Good luck. :star:

Hi all,

Since you all have been so helpful, I have not had 1 touch and/or emails, lettes, RFE's since my NOA's and Bio Appointment letter.

Is this a bad thing, I know that I have to be patient but I have not seen one person in April or May filers that this has happened too.

Its been 53 days now since the NOA. :crying:

Yea, I that thought had passed my mind. That if I haven't got a RFE then may not at least not for the EAD, AP.

I know I just need to be patient and I know that others have waited a lot longer for any news and you all are all in my positive thoughts for good news soon....

Am still waiting for AOS to get approved, and there is no touch at all since Biometrics in Feb.

Can anyone tell me is there a touch when USCIS sent out an interview date notice for u?
