Letter From Ex regarding children

Hi,

Any ideas on what i need to get my EX to sign for approval for my children to accompany me to the US on K1 visa? Will he need to get it witnessed by a solicitor?

All suggestions appreciated as havent a clue what to put in it or to tell him what to put in it ( prolly better if i draft it for him though)

If you don't get a better answer--

This London Embassy page is about getting children's passports http://london.usembassy.gov/cons_new/acs/p...2parentsig.html but it refers to a consent document. Look down the page for "Application by one parent." If you look at that consent document, I think you could use the same wording...kinda type up a similar form with the same fancy talk~

OATH: I declare under penalty of perjury that all statements made in this supporting document are true and correct. etc etc Same with including all the notary section.

Just a random idea.
