Hello everyone, it's been awhile since i've posted. Things have been very tough to say the least.

We've finally recieved our interview date (all praise and thanks to God) and today our packet 4. I'm alittle confused as to what part of this packet my husband will take to get his medicals done, or if he has to take any part of it at all. I was hoping someone could chime in and help us with this, we're grateful for your help as always. I've read through this packet and nowhere that i could see does it say he will need to take anything to have the medical examination except his passport and passport size photos. Maybe he has to go to the embassy for a form or something? i'm not really sure.

We gladly appreciate your advice!

Thank you.

I think Re just took his passport and the letter from the embassy saying that he needed to have his medical done. The doctor used his own form and then sent it to the consulate himself.
