Dont forget translations.

Dont forget translations.

Only if its DCF you dont have to include translations.

What does DCF mean?

Direct Consular Filing=means if the USCitizen lives abroad with a spouse and files application directly in the consulate.

The NVC wants originals then completes it's case and sents us a embassy appointment letter directing us to their web site which says Ensure that all necessary original documents will be available at the time of the interview? Does this mean I have to get all those documents again? Or will we just need the passort, OF-230-I, OF-230-II, photos, and supporting evidence of relationship?

Nno one has answered this question yet. I am very interested in the answer as well, so just bumping this up a notch.

The last page of our appointment letter says "[name of beneficiary/applicant] must bring the following to the visa interview: Any original documents that were requested by the NVC but were not submitted to the NVC...." so I don't think you need to bring originals which you have already submitted with your DS230. In our case, I submitted a certified copy of our marriage certificate so I will bring the original with me for the interview. For police records, however, I submitted the originals so will not be obtaining fresh ones for the interview. I hope this is right! Good luck.

I agree with KTG, on the last page of appointment letter is showing all documents you already sent to NVC and the one they required to see in originals. On the interview consulate should give back all original documents, except PC.
