I'm a Georgia filer .... your packet sadly will be winging its way to Vermont as you're on the East side.

Hopefully by the time you get your NOA1 from Chicago, VSC will have sorted themselves out as it's all a bit dog eat dog at the moment.

Sorry to give you not so good tidings, but do bear in mind that VSC used to bang out approvals like lightening this time last year, CSC couldn't keep up at all ..... we're all hoping that those days will be back ..... very soon!!!

There's also talk about VSC sending tons of files over to CSC for them to help out as VSC do currently appear to be on holiday.

If a file went from Miami to California then they've obviously started the shipping of files already ..... all files from the East are supposed to go to Vermont.

So, the answer to your question will be on your NOA1 when you get it.

Technically you're supposed to be going to VSC .... but VSC are not coping at all currently, and like I said, there's talk of shipping files from VSC to CSC .... I guess it's already happening.

Mine's EAC ... so you're at Vermont.

Noticed that you've applied for K1 .... lucky you, K1's tend to go through Vermont at lightening speed unlike the married visas

However the I-130's for the kids may get stuck in the delays, so please be aware of that possibility.

Baezalex, your a August filer and already approved. If your in Miami, must of been a fluke that CSC processed your petition.

I was K-1 from Miami in March last year and my file was still forwarded to CSC
