We tried the new Moroccan restaurant in town for lunch. The jury is out. We don't think the owner is Moroccan. The meatball (!) couscous tastes like spaghetti.

Tonight hubby made some fried shrimp the way he used to have it at home:

Mix some olive and canola oil with paprika, black pepper, cumin, salt, red pepper, chili powder, chopped garlic, and chopped parsley to taste. Toss the shrimp in this mixture, then coat with flour and fry it.

Probably terribly unhealthy, but it tastes good.
