03/29/2006 - Mailed I-130 04/06/2006 - NOA1

08/01/2006 - APPROVED

08/11/2006 - Received at NVC case number assigned

08/21/2006 - DS-3032 & I-864 fee Generated 08/22/2006 - Emailed choice of agent

08/25/2006 - Choice of agent accepted 08/28/2006 - IV bill generated

08/29/2006 - Mailed I-864 bill 09/09/2006 - Mailed IV Bill

09/16/2006 - Received I-864/09/18/2006 - Mailed Completed I-864

09/23/2006 - Mailed DS-230/09/28/2006 - Message says information rec at NVC

10/07/2006 - Message says they are sending an RFE 10/18/2006 RFE returned

10/26/2006 - Case Complete

Someone actually *touched* you on a Saturday ????? WOW , I thought goverment offices don't work on weekends. That leaves me with the hope that I might get approve tonight or jus wait another week to add to my 73 days of wait time. Good luck to you and wish you a speedy process :thumbs:

We had delays in our journey that were not part of the immigration process, please do not use our "timeline" as an accurate guide!

So many "touches" are typical for some cases. My I-129F receipt date was on March 24 and it was touched by 4 times unto April 10, but then there isn't any single touch.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
