Birth certificate help!!!!!!

Timeline

i'm in situation that my birth certificate has only my mothers name and not my fathers.....i will marry in japan....will this affect the avidavit form process?.....my mother singed with her married name which is totally different from my last name.....i have the same last name has my father...

if any can help, i would greatly appreciate it.....

I don't think it makes a difference at all. Your name on your birth certificate matches your name on all of your other documents - correct? I think you are okay. Good Luck

May 5 Interview - Centennial (Denver, Colorado) Passed

June 10 Oath Ceremony - Teikyo Loretto Heights, Denver, Colorado

July 7 Received Passport in 3 weeks

Shredded all immigration papers Have scanned images

Thank you for the info...Yes, my name matches all documents, passport, birth certificate, social security card, and drivers license....hopefully things will run smooth...
