I-864, re: beneficiary's daughters

Q9. "I am sponsoring the following family members immigrating at the same time or within six months of the principal immigrant named in Part 2 above. Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition."

-Does this mean that I could sponsor her 2 daughters on the same form, even if they're not coming for 5-6 months?

-Is this the adjustment of status for the daughters? Or is it just a promise that I will provide financial support for them?

-If I include the daughters, would I pay $1010 + $600 + $600 = $2210? Or do I just pay for my fiancee now and then fil out I-485's for the girls when they arrive?

-We were told we have up to 1 year to return for the girls to be on the same visa petition, but here it says within 6 months. Does anybody know why it's different?

Q24. "The person listed above, ____________, does not need to complete Form I-864A because he/she is the intending immigrant and has no accompanying dependents."

-Would I check this box or leave it unchecked?

-Do we need to complete I-864A?

Filed: AOS (apr) Country: Philippines

The I-864 does not have a fee attached. You cannot adjust status for individuals who have no status yet as they are not yet present in the USA. You are filing the I-485 application that requires the I-864 to be included. One application, One fee. The daughters AOS comes later after and only after they come.

Daughters need to be in the USA in order to adjust status, you are saying that they wont be here for 5-6 months. So your "WIFE" fills out the I-485 for herself, and later you will be filling out separate I-485s and I-864 for daughters.

The Example I-864 shows how to fill one out for a single immigrant. http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-I-864.pdf
