April 22 Interview

First of all, congratulations to all who got the approval right away. Actually, after my interview, the consul told me " It seems everything is fine with you" , so I got up knowing everything is really ok with my docs until I got the pink slip and the white form with a check on "WAIT UNTIL YOU HEAR FROM US. We must review your case before it can be processed further" . So I was stunned to see I still cant receive my VISA right away. What also puzzles me is that he didn't say I have a problem with doc ver like what most consuls do and he also didnt say i have incomplete docs.

I really dont know what the problem is, but one thing I'm sure of is that God has a purpose for my delay and I still praise Him because I'm almost finished with this journey and the long wait is almost over. I know I'll be with my honey soon, only I have to wait for God's perfect time. HE always knows better!

Further, it was also a wonderful experience esp when i got to meet fellow VJers Dr. Margie and his fiance, Primie and Ryan, Joshua and his fiancee, and the others who are equally nice people. God bless you all! and thank you for always giving comforting words and always been very helpful. You are all a blessing! I just wish u met Mike too, but who knows..someday

AMEN on that sister. You are blessed because you know how to rejoice when faced with an bump along your path. The good thing is you were not denied, only asked to probably wait just a little more.

Yes, God's time may not be the same as our idea of time but His time is never too early nor too late... His time is ALWAYS perfect.

Hope you could use this little extended gift of time to spend and build more beautiful memories with your family and friends whom you will soon be leaving. They will miss you a lot when you leave and I am sure you will also miss them so much.

God be your guiding light always.

zandy dont worry, that would only give us a time to go shopping.hehehe like u said, the CO said your papers seem fine (exactly what my CO said) and end up getting a white slip. just hang in there, we know for a fact that our papers are clean and theres nothing to be scared of, its just a matter of waiting for few days more for the release of our visas. they just dont know that filipinas' greatest asset is being patient diba? so they cant do anything to make us worried. be positive coz we're APPROVED and lets be thankful to God about it, God just added a lil excitement. and the excitement is meeting more friends like me and che and more others from VJ who could also be your common friends there in the states. God wants us to build the foundation of friendship here first, so we wont feel homesick when we go to the US coz we have new friends whom we can talk to over the fon and meet up sometime and confort us in case we have arguements with our husbands, coz there in the states, we dont have our family there but friends we met along this k1 journey. thats how great God is, He doesnt want us to be lonely in the US, so while our husbands are at work, we can make telebabad while we're doing household chores and share recipes diba? hhehehe i am sure our husbands would also allow us to go shopping once in a while there .God is just giving us enough time to prepare ourselves, our family and friends for we will not be with them for quite sometime. lets not rush coz we might tripped over something that we will regret, let God decide for us, let God choose our day of departure coz God knows what is best for us. God loves us so much that He said He will carry our burdens and worries if we just surrender all of them to Him. we just have to do our best in everything and God will do the rest, if we fail He will give us wisdom to succeed again, if we fall, He will catch us, if we're hurt He will carry us. so thats how He wants our life to be. its in the bible...

But it's ok you will get ur visa soon.

Mine, the consul said, he don't have my verified documents yet, and I said, it was in NSO already April 14, but he said I'm fine, He said I am approved,, just wait my visa to be delivered & track it in Delbros.

He said he thinks the verified docs from NSO (the april 14) are already in Us Embassy but not yet done in processing or filing it, so probably yours is there also... if maybe that's the problem? but Im hoping that they will contact you very soon.

Hello! Firt of all congrats on your interview! I know they just want to verify some docs to you and your visa is on the way soon, sooner than you're expecting. Right now, God is just giving you more time to be with your family here. He knows that you will miss them when you leave, God is so good to all of us. Congrats again!!!

we may not know the reason and the purpose for such AR thing but i know in the end its also a learning process for us... I believe God has a plan in all of this and He wont give this trial to those who are weak... He knows your faith are strong no matter what endeavors in life... in the end He will grant the BIGGEST and joyous outcome!!!

the CO says everythings fine and i believe him too. probably just a random checks... you'll have your visa soon and you did your (very) best i bet your fiance is so proud of you... hang in there... God bless!!!

Congrats..don't be surpised if you are on AR..I think I remember you guys had the interview setup too soon. From what I understand I think the next batch of USEM request for DOC VER will be on 4/22/08.
