HELP PLS! PURPLE SLIP LOST! WHAT TO DO?

i received a message from a vjer whose bag was stolen this afternoon. unfortunately,her purple slip and celfon are inside that bag. now this is the problem.

how can the embassy call her that her visa is ready for pick up? i suggested that she call Grace at the embassy and give her new celfon number and ask Grace on what she can do to be allowed to enter the embassy without the purple slip or send a fax to embassy for change of her contact number and include a copy of the police report of the incident... do u think this will work?

i told her to relax her mind and body for awhile coz im gonna get better advices from vjers here. do you have any advice for her?
