Hi VJers,

I have a question for anyone who used James' shortcut to create Barcoded coversheet for I-864. What did you guys put next to case number where it says CR1? In the sample coversheet it is written as:

MNL2006123456 CR1

I can change the case number to my case number but what about CR1? I have been married for like 8 months now.

Also, we need to generate bar code of the case number(including the three letter prefix) only right and exclude the CR1 part? I searched for this info in VJ but couldn't find it.

Thanks,

If are married less than two yrs before you reach the US then you are considered CR-1 more than two yrs before you reach US IR-1. And for the barcode you put the 3 letters and 10#'s only....
