How many does the mail service take from CSC to NVC?

Hi all

Been a little nervous lately. We havent gotten case number for our approved case March 19th.

I saw some touch on our uscis account on April 8th, then called NVC today and found out they did not receive our case yet. Any idea how many days does it take to forward mail from CSC to NVC? Cuz I suppose the touch somewhat meant that our case was about to be ready to be sent to the NVC, -and hopefully sent!-

Any response will be appreciated!

It sounds to me like your case was still at csc on 8th april as you had a touch, im sorry they are so slow for you.
