Hello,

I am trying to prepare for adjusting the status for my Fiancee. I ahve aquestion about the fees. According to the guides, the fee for filing an I-485 includes the fee s for the work permit and the travel document if everyhting is filed together. Is this true? So how much total do I need to send?

Yes it is true.

A quick read of the instructions would indicate a fee of $930 application fee + $80 biometrics fee for a total of $1,010.

That is correct, the $1010 fee covers I-485, I-765, and I-131. File everything together, I-765 is based on the pending I-485 NOT on the K-1 fiancee visa.

Also DO NOT share any evidence among the petitions, each needs it's own copies of things.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
