 I was approved on 4-7-08 and got approval notice on 4-8-08, so I was wondering how long it does take for the 10 year green card to be received.

I also have another question regarding my husband's devorce threat.

IF he file devorce now, does it effect my immigration status in the USA??

Thanks for response. :crying:

Were you approved for a 10 year green card? If yes then no worries, if not then still no worries because conditional green card holders can still get LPR after divorce.

I don't see anything to suggest that... all I see is him threatening to divorce her, and he is not the immigrant.

Either way, to the original poster: if you have been approved already for your I-751 then a divorce will have no effect on your immigration status.

Did you understand English? It was not surprised at all that you misunderstood my post because you just immigrated from Vietnam and you do not speak English well. Shame on you!!!
