The U.S. has changed their mind!

Amy Winehouse has been granted a visa to come to America.

The reversal came after Wino appealed the decision to reject her visa application.

After initially being declined, the Rehab singer was set to perform at the Grammy Awards via satellite.

No word on whether this new development will mean she flies out to LA for the big show or not.

We hope she stays in London and focuses on her health!

Just saw this on fox news but they said she isn't coming after all even though they have approved it

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.

It figures.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

wow..I was quite pleased to hear of her refusal. I'm not informed enough of how ' artiste's' visas work, but considering her very public drug and alcohol issues I am surprised, although saying that many celebrities over the decades have never had a problem with getting visas even to live in the US with such 'issues'. I guess life is just different for us "normal" folk who have to spend months on end appealing our own visas.

Why the angry face? So she did some drugs. Big deal, who didn't.

Some of the stuff those guys got up to, it wouldn't surprise me if he had a varied criminal record.

No one would ever suspect any lady with such a magnificent perm to do such things! Although, it might be said that the perm is perfect for hiding one's stash.

Could be why Amy has been favouring the back-comb of late ;)
