Timeline

I guess it depends on the beneficiary country as well.

Time it takes to get NOA1 for I-130 + I-129F approval time.

difference in time for I-130 / I-129F at NVC for beneficiary country.

compare it with I-130 alone + the difference time above.

May not be exact and every case is different, but kind of gives an idea on weather to pursue K3 route.

Hi im not surwe as you are I'm doing the K-3 also lets just wait see ....but lets travel this jorney beleiving that it will all work out ...to me as long as you do actually what the USCIS says when filing

the perticular forms then we should be fine ......

I'm on the K3 track, but what if my I-130 gets approved before my I-129F? then does that mean I'm no longer a on the K3 track?

I've noticed some timelines where the I-130 got NOA2, but I-129F still pending?

anyone have experience with this? thanks!

09/aug/2007 - I-130 Packet received

19/sep/2007 - NOA1 receipt date

25/sep/2007 - NOA1 arrived

23/apr/2008 - APPROVED

Timeline estimated adjudication on March 4, 2008. It was adjudicated on April 23.

Our I-130 was approved in 258 days.

I-129F

09/oct/2007 - I-129F Packet sent to CSC

10/oct/2007 - I-129F Packet received

12/oct/2007 - NOA1 receipt date

20/oct/2007 - NOA1 received

23/apr/2008 - APPROVED

Timeline estimated adjudication on April 4, 2008. It was adjudicated on April 23.

Our I-129f was approved in 197 days.

NVC

08/may/2008 - replied to my e-mail sent on april 30, saying that our petition has been sent to the consulate.

Consulate

20/JUN/2008 - Interview - APPROVED!!!

AOS

18/mar/2009 - Packet delivered

24/mar/2009 - NOA for AOS and EAD date

25/mar/2009 - Check cashed

15/apr/2009 - Biometrics done

22/may/2009 - EAD approved
