Does anyone have any experience with obtaining work visas? I'd like one for only 12 months, what was the difficulty on getting a visa for that amount of time? I sort of want to do the tourist thing, but work while I'm in the country :help:

Basically, you need to find an employer that will hire you and do the whole USCIS work visa process with/for you as your sponsor. The law says, you need to find that employer prior entering the US.
