Hey everyone.

Just a heads up that there are new poverty guidelines out. I think the 2007 guidelines can be used until April 2008 but I am sure USCIS will make an announcement when the new guidelines are to be implemented.

They are a little higher than the 2007 guidelines.

Here is the post from Ewok: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...p;#entry1537835

Right on time as always. I work at a social services agency here in Cleveland and we were sent an email regarding the new guidelines. However, I noticed that for us, we are to start using them right away. Hopefully USCIS will put off using them for a while. I lot of 2007 filers were depending on the 2007 guidelines.

Thanks as always Zee.
