Ok, so Luis never got the NOA1 e-mail, but got the NOA1 today in the mail, and the receipt date says 04/19/06. Now, we created our account to check the case online, and the last updated date is 04/22/06. Is that a touch already?

Ok, so Luis never got the NOA1 e-mail, but got the NOA1 today in the mail, and the receipt date says 04/19/06. Now, we created our account to check the case online, and the last updated date is 04/22/06. Is that a touch already?

Looks like it. Not that it's a guarantee or anything, but we got our NOA1 dated 4/18, got a touch on 4/22, and got an NOA2 email today dated 4/24. Vermont seems to have no backlog at all right now.

Wow, isn´t that exciting? I´ve been touched, and it feels good. :P

Especially since only today I find out I have a NOA1 and a touch, from 2 days ago. :P

Nope got my noa1 on the 28th of march and havent heard chit from them since...I just called since its day 29 thinking that maybe i could move something along but that back fired...ladies says we are only doing cases now from march19th...so it will be a few more weeks...and i know this is untrue due to that fact im on VJ daily and i watch people daily with dates after mine get there noa2's from vermont ...UGGGGGGGG im starting to freak!!! :crying::crying:

I wanna be touched!!!!! How soon can I hope to be touched if I just mailed to TSC yesterday? I looked on the "processing times" and TSC doesn't even list I129F's on it.... so I checked out CSC (I'm figuring I'll get sent there) and they're working on stuff from Feb 23!!!

Yes but I wouldnt get too excited it seems a few are being touched just after they recieve the petition and send a NOA1 - we got touched too just a few days after the dated NOA I guess they are just putting the file on somone else's desk lol

6 June 2007: Medical @ 2.30pm - need to get anew GP letter and psychiatric evaluation

7 June 2007: INTERVIEW @ 10am - waiting for new police record letter

3 July 2007: APPROVED/Visa arrives
