The K-1 visa is for a fiance to come to the US, so if you got married in Tunisia you would be a husband, not a fiance and that option would be no longer available to you. :)

per my knowledge No you cannot do this...if you are legally married you must apply for k3 or cr1 or the petition will be returned and denied at the USCIS (the very first step).

would this be a legal type marriage or a more religious type (sure im not wording this right) but more of a just ceremony or binding marriage?
