where is the outrage from beer drinkers all over the world regarding this incident? clearly their silence must mean they condone such behavior. a similar incident in california resulted in a murderer serving only 3 years? clearly this society as a whole doesn't regard murder committed over beer as a very serious offense, and that it doesn't warrant much punishment.

Unless you know the specifics of the case, I don't think it's possible to make any evaluation regarding the sentencing. Clearly it can't be a simple case of "oh, he was murdered over a beer so the murder somehow doesn't count".

i think, he was murdered over not buying beer....the 2 underage kids ask him to buy them some beer..he refused....they pounded him..were ran off by a citizen..came back alter and threw stones and hit him..again..were driven off by a passer-by and then when they saw him drinking a beer./.took his beer and stomped/kicked him to death...i live in the area where this happen..
