Well on Sunday they found a heartbeat and the "fetal pole" so my "blighted ovum" turned out to be a baby. My fee bills got all messed up so no packages have even started to be generated even though I finished USCIS November 26th and I have been at NVC since December 11th.

I am starting to get really depressed about the process and alot of other things. I do not know how much of it has to do with I am pregnant the monster long drug out process at NVC. My husband seems all calm ( I am pregnant so he is not real jealous about me now or worried Ill give up or go anywhere. I am just freaking sick and tired of immigration, sick and tired of waiting. Sick and tired of my lawyer making mistake after mistake ( he could have called and verified that there would not be a fee increase January 1st before he sent my fee bill causing another month delay. I am just depressed, sad , sick, my asthma is driving me crazy, hormonal... you name it. I want him with me. I am terrified some other dumb #### thing will go wrong.

And then he just told me that when he was in the service 8 years ago he did some dumb #### things when he was enlisted and I am afraid he will somehow get in trouble for that 8 year old ####### ( he was eventually honorably discharged and now he works for city government, I am just stressing about every retarded thing imaginable and getting upset and stressed, emotional and nervous... You name it.. I dont know how much is immigration and how much it is being a 40 year old pregnant woman with my hormones raging and flying around.

My car broke down again on Saturday in the rain at night in front of Olive Garden. I ended up back at the hospital Sunday ( thats when they saw the heartbeat) and now I am in a loaner from the mechanic and my car STill is not fixed. I just want a hug. Or my house cleaned by someone else. Or oh hell I do not know, a bathroom remodel.

I think I have gone insane

Hang in there girl.I know you are stressed out and about at your wits end.The pregnancy hormones getting the best of you.And an attorney that is falling down on the job.WE are here so don't feel alone.Take Care and I am sooooo very happy the little one is growing and doing well.God Bless

If it makes you feel any better, I too got slammed by the fee incrase. I mailed my $380 money order only to be told by NVC last night when I alled for status update that it incrased and they rejecte d my payment. Sepnt half an hour last night on the phone with 3 diff. people and they had to call another dept to find out (after they told me 2 diff stories) that I am unable to just send them a $20 money order along with the 380 one. I have to get a brand new money order!!:(

Aug. 26, 2007 I130 touched (stop feeling up my husband's case and get him over here, yala!)

Oct. 1, 2007 On my way to Palestine

Oct. 5, 2007 I130 approved, transferrerd to NVC YAY!!!!

Oct. 16, 2007 Return to US, ranks one of the saddest day of my life:(

Oct. 27, 2007 Agent form/AOS bill received from NVC

Nov 1, 2007 Overnighted AOS payment to NVC

Nov. 29, 2007 Received AOS form from NVC

Dec. 20, 2007 overnighted I864 packet to NVC

um.... well last time I talked to him by phone he said something to make me upset, then upset me more.... and everything is making me upset right now..
