I don't think I can pledge on other country flag. I am very respectful of others values, laws, faith, etc but I just can't.

Do you know if there is any way to know if cases like mine are been review and just put aside becasue there is something wrong or is just not been review yet.

You do not have to pledge on the flag actually.

It's not a whole lot like the pledge they make kids do in school.

You also have the option to not say the section about taking up arms if your moral or religeous beliefs prohibit you from taking the life of another.

Seriously - you should consider applying for citizenship.

That's right I should consider.

For now there is no way to know about my case?

Does Nebraska reject a lot of applications or does lots of interviews, or are just lazy??

I'm not sure calling them lazy on a public forum will speed things up! lol

Perhaps its best just to say - their output does not keep up with their input! lol

Really the whole system is just over-stressed, with far too much manual processing of things that could be automated, and added on to that you have the problem that USCIS do not hire enough examiners to cover the workload on-hand... Some offices have more staff to handle the surges that occur, especially from things like file-transfers... but it doesnt seem like nebraska is one of these offices!

Now Mr USCIS examiner... see how nice I was in that reply? Please don't send my file to NSC... pretty please! lol
