After NOA 2 (petition approval) your case will be forwared to the NVC and then from there to the local embassy of the country the beneficiary resides in. Check out the K1 flowchart for step-by-step info on what's going to happen next: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...amp;page=k1flow

You can start gathering the documents your fiance will need for the interview process.

Take this time to get prepared for the interview, send SO complete application you copied before so they will know what is included as this is what the interviewer will have before them at interview time, i believe they will need a copy of the NOA2 also plus any evidence you can help provide to add to what they have. They will soon receive their packet from their embassy telling them more of what will be required of them. good luck

CONGRATULATIONS!

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Congrat's...your case will be forward to the NVC, then to the U.S. interest section in Havanna. The process for me took about two weeks until it reach Havanna. Make sure you called the U.S. interest section in Havanna and to make sure they got it and if they got it they will set up an appointment to pick up the package at the U.S. interest section, and they will give you a 800 number base out of Mexico to set up the interivew appointment. You have to buy a pin(i think 11 U.S. dollars) to use this service. I suggest start calling in two weeks to get that interview appointment as soon as possible. Good luck...Edwin

No, he has not received it yet, the NOA2 just arrived last week, so i guess they will send it to the visa center first and then to Havana, anyways my fiance is going to try to get his passport meanwhile.
