I am about to start my long N400 jouney and wondering where to send my completed application? THe website says:

Where to File :

Send your N-400 application and supporting documents to the Service Center having jurisdiction over your place of residence.

If you live in AZ, CA, HI, NV, Territory of Guam, or the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, send your N-400 application to:

California Service Center

PO Box 10400

Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-1040

So I assume I should not send to the field office?

According the for USCIS forms site you send it to the service center in your jurisdiction
