Hello everyone... So, I think my package is complete and I'm going to mail it out today. What is the best way to mail it? It's going to TSC from Louisiana. As soon as I finish putting little post-it's on stuff, it's going out. Also here's an overview of what's included... am I missing something?

-Cover letter

-I129F (and supplement)

-G325A (Petititioner & Beneficiary)

-Copy of my Birth Certificate (but it's a post Katrina copy, not the usual they give us, so I also included my passport copies)

-Letters of Intent to Marry (both parties)

-Documentation of our meeting in person (both in the states and in Morocco 2x)

-photos of us (LA & Morocco)

?? Do I need to include phone bills now? chat logs now? I have phone bills ready, but he has the chat log prints I brought to him (Geez, I don't want to have to print those again... so much paper!)

-Divorce certificates (both of us- his translated)

I think that's it... not looking at the pile now....

Thanks for your input!!! Main question is: Best way to mail it???

Noura,

For my package, I included just a few letters (postal), a few emails (including between he and my parents), a few phone bills, and a few photos. I did not include chat logs. It worked for us, but everyone does it differently.

Noura,

So good to see you have everything ready. I did not include phone bills, chat logs or anything other than pictures and copies of the stamps in my passport showing I had gone to Morocco and my boarding passes. At this point, they are only wanting you to prove you have met in the last two years. The other information you mention will be sent with Said for his interview.

Sounds like you have the rest covered! Good Luck and I pray your journey will be swift.

I just used regular mail with delivery confirmation.

I sent ours via registered mail, so I could track the package online. I used the return card too, although it wasn't very useful as I got it back in the mail the day I received the NOA1 anyway.

Good luck!

This is what I did as well, and IMO, is the best way, since you will know for sure if it gets there once you get your receipt card back in the mail! Personal check was good too, since I was able to see when they cashed it. Any signs that they are doing something are very reassuring when just starting out! :D

Good Luck!

Well, in that case... now you wait!!! Did you send a check for $170.00 and sign all the forms?!

When you get your receipt number, that's when you can register online with the USCIS to get your case status and sign up for e-mails.
