i had called customer support, after letting a significant amount of time pass without receiving our biometric appt notice, to alert them that i had not received the appt notice.

the next day, the notice arrives in the mail.

a week later, we receive a letter documenting my call, ... and the following message

**Our records indicate that we requested that you go to one of our Application support centers for biometric processing associated with this case. it appears that you may not have received this request. your case is currently in suspense until you complete this process. we have attached a copy of the original scheduling notice for your information and a copy for your records. please note the REQUEST FOR RESCHEDULING section and follow any intructions on that notice. if you have moved outside the jurisdiction of your original application support center, please note yiouir new address on the form before mailing.**

they attached a copy of the original appt. notice, but it has the date of the appt. and the section for a request for rescheduling HIGHLIGHTED

has anyone gone through this? does it mean that i must reschedule? can i just ignore the letter and attend the biometrics? what does "my case is currently in suspense" mean????

thanks for any help
