Fax Part 1 of DS-230 and the personal information page of the applicant's Colombian passport at least a week prior to the planned interview date.

No. The laboratory examination is open appointment but you need to call the doctor to arrange an appointment. The lab results are sent to the doctor that you specify the same day by 2:30 PM. No lab examination is required of children younger than 15

ADIT or passport photos for the interview:

The beneficiary of the Immigrant Visa petition should present four color photos with a white background without touch-ups or a border. The photos should be 4cm x 4cm, in a ¾ profile, with the right ear completely visible. The applicant's face should be about one inch from the chin to the hairline. There should be nothing covering the applicant's head, the applicant should not wear earrings nor sunglasses for the photo. Polaroid photos are acceptable. Photographs are necessary for all applicants, regardless of age, and should be taken before the day of the interview. The applicant/beneficiary should bring one photograph to the medical laboratory, and one to the medical exam. The medical exam will not be performed without a photograph of the applicant.
