If your inquiry has already been resolved, please disregard this email. I-94 Retrieval Inquiries If you tried to retrieve your I-94 from the Official online system and you receive a response that your I-94 is "Not Found", read the following questions to help you check for mistakes and try to enter the information again: As a Legal Permanent Resident (LPR)/green card holder, first time arriving immigrant (Immigrant Visa), or United States Citizen you will not be issued an I-94 arrival/departure record. 1. Please Do Not Use Dashes or Titles 2. Did you enter your first and last name the same way it appears on your passport? 3. Did you enter the passport number that appears on the upper right hand side of your passport? 4. Did you enter your country of citizenship (country that issued the passport, not where you currently live)? 5. If you entered your first and middle name and it is not found, try one name or the other. Also try entering your first and middle name in the first name box. If you still cannot find your I-94, if your request is time-sensitive, please visit a deferred inspection site. You can find locations and hours of operation here: https://www.cbp.gov/contact/ports/deferred-inspection-sites If your request is not time-sensitive, or if you are unable to visit a deferred inspection site, please reply with the following information, so that we can properly assist you. Current processing times are estimated at up to 30 days or longer. • Your Name: • Your Passport number: • A photo of your passport biographical page • A photo of your visa (if applicable), • A photo of your most recent admission stamp into the U.S. • A photo of your I-94 retrieval page (if applicable) Most asylum seekers should have received a handwritten or stamped I-94 upon entering the U.S., and may not be able to retrieve I-94 information online. Travel History Inquiries You may view limited travel history on the I-94 CBP official website: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home. The travel history on the I-94 website is not always a true indication of information that CBP may have. Please be advised that CBP documents travel from a variety of sources and there is no need to amend your travel history information on the CBP I-94 website because it is documented correctly in CBP systems. The web site will provide travel history going back five years. If you would like to obtain information on an older or expired passport, you must conduct a query on that passport. If you are having trouble finding your travel history with the I-94 alone, please search for your travel history using your passport information. If you are still unable to retrieve your travel history, please submit a Freedom of Information Act request (FOIA) at: foia.gov. Thank you again for contacting the CBP Traveler Communications Center.
