My EAD is also pending. I have done 3 service requests, contacted congressman, went to infopass and contacted Ombudsman. On March 7, my congressman office said that my EAD would be put to expedite, but days passed and nothing. Then, today Ombudsman sent me a message saying that USCIS has sent me a RFE. Well, it was not the kind of action that I was expecting, but I think I should not complain. I have seen some people seeing their cases moving after they answer their RFE. Let's see!

i got rfe but still slow processing

I know how you feel. I am in the same boat. Did you do a service request? Try to contact your congressman, Ombudsman. Try everything, sometimes it helps. They are backlogged.

I received my RFE today. They are asking for a joint sponsor. More delays in my case. But this is a journey of patience. I really hope that when they receive my answer some action can happen in my application. :D

October 20 - USCIS received and spelled my name incorrectly on I-765. I called to correct my name, but no update.

November 22nd - Biometrics appointment/I corrected my name on my fingerprints.

January 25 - I called to get expedited. They are under review.

March 7 - They finally updated my name and said they are going to schedule for Biometrics. I called to ask about it.

March 9 - USCIS said my fingerprints that I took in November didn't go through.

I think it is because my name on fingerprints didn't match with my name on I-765 application.

I contacted Ambudsman and Senator on March 10th. I made an appointment with Infopass for next week. Senator said "I have asked the appropriate agency to respond to your concerns".

I am still waiting.... 144days....
