Hi All,

We have received a letter to remind us for the removal of the conditions, however the date on the letter is when we received the approval.

My spouse entered the USA months later and the experation date on the greencard is 2 years after the date she entered.

What date is the correct date to send in the I-751? Should we use the date on the letter ? or Experation date on the Card.

If we send it 90 days before the card expired it will be past the due date of the approval date on the letter.

Please help!

Thank you in advance for your time.

J

It is 90 days before the second anniversary of her entry into the US. So...90 days before the expiration date on the green card. Forget the letter.
