Hi all,

I am just about to file for my AOS with form I-485 however I noticed at the top right of the form (printed off of Visa Journey) it states that form expires June 30 2015.. What does this mean? Can I still file or do I need to find an updated form? Please help!

You should use the most recent form on the USCIS website: http://www.uscis.gov/i-485

That expiration date is for the OMB (they manage all government forms).

You will be fine submitting it.

Check the US visa in your passport. On the right hand side, the string of red numbers is your nonimmigrant visa number.

One more question !.. Do I need more than 2 passport photos? I'm sending 2 in for my AOS but I noticed that it said I need passport photos when applying for my EAD.. Will the 2 be enough or should I get another set for each application?

You should include a total of 6. Two for the I-485, two for the I-765 and two for the I-131.
