Sent certified mail 24JUNE15

Was received on 26JUNE15

Received Hardcopy of NOA 1 on 1JULY15

According to timeline it says barring any RFE (should not be a problem since much more info was sent than was needed) that our case should be adjudicated between August 9-13. Which would be perfect and fit in with our Christmas wedding plans :)

You're going to received your NOA1 2-3 weeks. :)

I read this as I was getting into my car to leave the office for the day and as soon as I did I received a text message and email confirming our case had been accepted and routed to the California Service Center! I was so happy I screamed and jumped around in my seat thankful that I was already sitting in my car and away from my desk at work. We got the receipt number and then told the usual "within 7-10 days you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797)." Now I'm just going to be anxiously checking the mail for the hard copy, haha.

For the last year plus that we've been reading up on everything and researching and lurking around the forum we were so prepared to be routed to the Texas Center. It was such a good feeling to see on that message that we're routed to the California Service Center :)
