If you're on K-1, than answer is no. Can only adjust through original petitioner.

Why did you fail at the interview? Your husband doesn't want to be married to you anymore? Sorry you are going through this but if you want us to give a better/proper advise you need to give us as much info as possible about your situation.

And my husband withdraw petition. What should i do? If we try to work things out and be together is there any chances?

All that you can do is speak to him and see about trying marriage counselling. What have you been doing for 3 years with no work authorization or legal status?

When you talk of "differences" are you referring to the different answers by you guys on your actual interview day that resulted in the denial of the petition? If that is it then you guys can appeal and work through thoroughly on your bona fides again. BUT if the "differences" you're actually referring to is conflict in your marriage that has resulted in your husband withdrawing his petition then sorry the answer is no as you can only adjust through him as a K1 applicant. Please specify..
