Question.... Is the letter telling you of your interview date from the NVC the last contact you will receive or does the Embassy contact you later with more detailed information, perhaps Embassy specific info?

CC - May 1

Rec official CC letter - May 8

Rec official interview letter - May 14

NVC's case specialists are giving me the run around. I'm confuse as to why they are doin this. Two days ago, the specialist told me that my AOS/IV packages were reviewed and awaiting my DS-260 to be reviewed. Today, another specialist told me that the AOS/IV packages are not reviewed yet and that my case is escalated to supervisory reviewed. According to her, my case should have been reviewed a week or two ago. So now, my case in supervisory review. Hopefully, I should see a CC soon...

Always I called they said They had reviewed my AOS AND IV package and today they girl said there was a package that needed to be review my scan date is April 20, I told her I was told that both packages were review and she said oh yes they just didn't write the note I will do it right now, well "she did". Asked if my case was complete and she said they are waiting for my ds-260 to be review, i submitted my ds-260 on April 29th and on May 7 got a checklist asking me to submit ds-260 so I called and they say to ignore it that it was the system that automatically sent it. But sometimes when I call they say we are waiting for u to submit ds-260 then when I tell them I already did they ask when and say ok wait 30 days for the review. It sucks, the act like they don't know what they are doing and it scare me.

Call again, confirm with another agent that both of your packets are reviewed indeed.

Precisely my sentiment... The rep I spoke to last night stated that "I will personally speak to my my supervisor and have it reviewed". I asked, when can I expect it to be reviewed by your supervisor. The response was to wait and within 45 days there should be a response..

They are crazy, in least than 45 days they gonna review ur ds-260. It must be reviewed 30 days after submitting it. Was hoping mine to be review before May 22 so I can be lucky and have my interview for July. July interview start being assigned around May 25-27.

Today is my day 24/30.
