gracybird25 the IV invoice will be available to pay once the DS-261 has been reviewed. Once your IV shows paid then the DS-260 will be available.

No even one CC today?....I'm surprise, or because the NVC computers were down? We hope to see more of March scan dates getting through

There has been a few reported on Scan date and case complete thread under NVC.

You are right that's how the process is but you should get the DS-261 reviewed by NVC and since it has been at least a week since you filled it you should call them. Usually they will give you run around that that form is locked, its being worked by someone else, call next week blah blah blah. If you are keen in getting to the next step of IV bill and DS-260, you will need to keep calling and requesting them to review it until you hit the right person. The whole review process is like a minute and they make it so difficult! Mine got reviewed on the fourth person in three days of calling. Good luck.

hey@all

i have a question regarding the aos form, on the site it says-

All three of the following are true:

  1. You filed a Form I-130 petition for your relative;
  2. There is only one applicant on the Form I-130 petition; and
  3. The income you are using to qualify is based entirely on your salary or pension and is shown on one or more Forms W-2 provided by your employer(s) or former employer(s)

i'm immirating with my daughter but we filed 2 different petitions at the uscis and we have 2 case numbers at nvc, can we still use the I-864 EZ form?

CC question ????

I knew since 4/8 my case was completed at nvc cause called and they told that day and they said just yesterday we completed your case the next day I got a case complete letter saying to send my tax information and new I-864 with my husband to the embassy interview anyone have that happend? Then today I got another letter saying this ..........

Dear Sir/Madam,

All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing of your case has been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of the interview.

Sincerely,

Director

National Visa Center

Any one with similar response just wondering the sent me 2 letters but no interview date glad for the cc thou does mean I should count 4/9 as my CC date or today ?

The IV fee isn't dependent on the AOS fee, it's dependent on the DS-261 being reviewed and added to your case file. I suggest you look at the flowchart I created, linked both in my signature and in the first post. I also suggest you read the wiki I wrote as well, linked in the same places.

No, the forms don't need to be notarized. Just dated and signed by the petitioner (and joint sponsor(s), if applicable).

Also CC question ??

Is the NVC will send the interview letter by email or in the mail box ?

If they have your email address on file, you'll receive it by email.
