My local is CLM (Columbus), and the Ombudsman told me it was in Hialeah... doesn't match up with DLS, which does sound like it should be Dallas. Wonder if I should give them another call.

My local office is Baltimore and I don't have any information where is my case now, because I didn't receive answer on any my request. Your information sounds confusing. Have you had other requests with the DLS?

Maybe some good news about our application. Just received an e-mail for our Congressman's office, they completed their 60 day update with USCIS. Our case is on the move and ended up in the Sacramento, CA field office for review.

At least it is something.....

In less than 2 weeks we will hit our 1 year anniversary of this AOS process. Good Times!!!

So, within 30-60 days we might have the green card or a RFE for medical.....

Anyone with experience at the Sacramento office?

June 11 - "Welcome to America" letter received!!!!!! WE WENT GREEN!
March 10 - Packet sent to CSC
March 13 - Delivered
March 15 - Check Cashed
March 17 - NOA Arrived

finally got on here after a busy week at work, on Friday i got the text and email saying my welcome letter has been posted and my GC is in production :) after waiting this long I really dont care if its a 2 or 10 year as I can not really make this place feel like home :)

There has been a recent processing action taken on your case.

Receipt Number: MSC#######144

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Your Case Status: Decision

On May 22, 2015, we registered your permanent resident status and mailed you a Welcome Notice for Receipt Number MSC#######144. Please follow the instructions in the notice. Your new permanent resident card should arrive by July 21, 2015, after this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Congratulations!! :D

How do you mean far behind ? are they as slow as the turtle? I filed for AOS April ,2014 and got the waiver July 10,2014.. it's been already one year now and finally they contacted me to tell me that my Medical exam expired and i have to submit a new I-693 , i wonder what will happen when i submit it ! are they gonna make a quick decision or another long waiting will start ?

They are a busy office. They're only now on August applications. There are several of us on here who are through that office, and more who've been sent there even when it's not the local office.

Submitted a service request to see if I can get anywhere further with my case.

Anyone know what the prefix 'T1B' and the suffix 'DLS' mean on a service request number?

This is very strange to me. I'd assume it means Dallas, but you've been told otherwise. I guess we will find out sooner or later (I hope!)

Well Guys, my prediction was a couple of months I finally got my approval today! Congrats to all other's PCV and such for their approvals and I am sorry for all of you with RFE's :(

This is NOT a sad-face post! Congrats!

Its a bittersweet feeling my friend, much rather you had your card in hand before me and all the others still waiting. Fair is fair, should be in the order they came in! :(

I can't believe how many July/August people are getting approved! (Not us... yet... par for the course. haha) DO NOT feel guilty about this. Like getting the NPIW letter is not your doing, neither is being approved out of order and before others on here. We will be jealous, sure, but we're still super happy for you! :D

Finally, after more than a year of waiting (NOA1 05/21/2014) we have received a notification from USCIS….new card (green card) has ordered to be produced :dance::yes:

YAY!! congratulations!

I know nothing about that office, but at least there's movement! That's gotta be a good sign, regardless. I hope it's just the green card you get!

WOOT! congrats!!

Just recieved RFE letter need a new medical

That blows!! After all this time, and it's their fault it expired. I know this same thing will happen to us, and we will have to pay for TWO new medicals. The silver lining is that now you know the end is near. Sorry. :(
