Ya forsure. I was praying they would still be able to fit us in for the end of April, but I think there done scheduling for April. I'm positive we will be put in at the beginning of May.

How long does it take for the interview e-mail to show up in the inbox after it's scheduled? CC e-mail took exactly 7 days... like you guys said.

People are getting it immediately. NVC has improved alot the last 2 months.

CC was 1/15/15

P4 Email: 3/25/15

Interview Date: 5/26/15

Thank you! It was hard to be around with all those approved people jetting off to their loved ones but now that could be me next week .. maybe.. My flight is booked for Wednesday so I think I will be pushing it. But we will see, I will know if it gets posted today or tomorrow whether I can go.

I have asked this question before but not in detail way I would like to ask again. My wife was given 221g yellow slip and was asked to bring documents, I hope it doesn't happen again but if incase if they don't accept again will they give us another chance to correct the mistakes I am asking this because some people told me that it will be our last chance and they will deny the visa if we don't send the correct documents this time

I answered you. On the 221g there should have been a time-frame to reply by. Usual you have a year to comply for a co-sponsor information. Have you emailed the embassy and asked them. I know many who have gone through this and they had a year one took exactly a year to do it some less. Email your embassy and ask them when do you have to have the documents in by.

You have to sign up i believe. Have you done this yet. This is off your countries info page here on VJ.

DHL Registration:

Go to https://usvisa-info.com/en-jm/selfservice/ss_country_welcome

to set up the DHL process and register immigrant's passport. You'll need the case #, passport number, TRN, and standard bio information. You'll create an account with this information. Once the account is set up you'll then have to go to "Immigrant Visa" and click on the link in the 2nd bullet point and continue on. Remember fee for DHL is now included in $265.00 embassy fee so you don't pay anything online. You'll have the option to choose between DHL's Kingston or Montego Bay pick-up points. Once you have completed this step you'll take a screenshot or copy the entire page and pasted it into a Word doc, scan and email it to kingstonIVappointment@state.gov with proper email format to communicate with embassy.

Did the embassy take a copy of ur DHL confirmation receipt on the day of ur interview? They didn't take Hubby's so he is going to give them a copy when he turns in the medical.

I had it with me but the OC didn't take it and as a result, I'm all confuse as to what I'm doing or suppose to be doing.

Thanks dwheels76 for the answer, a nice member here called andlolo already gave me a hint about my upcoming question which is: I decided to get a new joint sponsor who filed married jointly cause he was married last year but he divorced his wife January 2015 but he still filed jointly, he already has enough income to sponsor on his own and he has w2s but my question should I mention that he no longer is married and send his divorce decree since I decided to only fill i864 from him and not file i864a from his divorced wife, or I shouldn't mention that they are divorced and just file only i864 from him and send with note like andlolo told me , the good members here can help understand this and thanks
