My interview is scheduled for April 20th. They asked me to bring i864 & I 864a at interview. do i need to update these form with 2014 tax returns as 15 april is last date to submit tax returns in US or i can just made the correction which they mentioned in last checklist which i got after CC with old tax returns of 2013??

Please advice....

Now doing an extension no problem you can file that and have that with your I-864 just have your 2014 W2 no problem.

I would not be filing a ITIN when his arrival is forthcoming thats a waste of time. He will have a SS before a ITIN. it can takes months to get all that done. Just file the extension and once he is here then you can get all your previous years since you married and amend your taxes ( i know someone just did it husband just got here she amended the last 4 years got s good cash payday).

You can go to TurboTax and file extension For free print the extension paper and have that with your new updated I-864 and have that for interview. (have W2 with all this at interview and most recent Pay stub also).

Hi everyone,

I'm looking through the NVC wiki but I can't find the information I'm looking for. I already updated my I-864EZ and have my 2014 tax transcripts from the IRS. I scanned and emailed them to my husband. Do I need to mail the originals or is a scanned copy fine?

Got CC today, how long would it take til I get an email regarding the interview? And will I get March interview or is it too late?

I don't know if Japan is compete. Scheduling just started for everybody this week.

He made more than $60,000 in 2014.

And claiming 6 people on tax return.

Should I submit new AOS with 2014 tax return? Or send Joint Sponsor?

Well much better. I think with 2 people and maybe the way they did things it looked to much. Okay with 6 people he claims plus you he needs to make $41,587. So he is cool.

I would redo I-864. Do 2014 taxes submit 2014, 2013, 2012 and have most recent 2015 pay stub.. That way 2013 is of no issue.

Do you have a co-sponsor? 2014 tax returns would be do. Whether your embassy asks for them or not is your risk, I would surely have it done so I am not risking being put in AP.

Reading this thread, I'm thinking that I'm probably going to need to do my taxes and send my wife a copy of my return to bring to the interview. I guess I should get on that. :)

This is normal. Mine went back to Paid when the CEAC status changed from at NVC to In Transit. And as long as you have the P4, no need to be worried.

Depends on your embassy have no idea. I would call NVC and find out.

Do you guys think that it will be too soon to start calling NVC asking for my interview date since I just got CC yesterday (03/04) :help:

If any interview occurs in April 2015, everyone should download the new I-864 form on April 1st since any current I-864 form will be expired on March 31, 2015 (upper right corner of the I-864 form). Does it matter?
