After CC and interview letter and CEAC status "In Transit" received a NVC checklist.

OK, this checklist is not supprise because we use assets but the time of it IS.

Please be advised that the Affidavit of Support information you have provided does not appear to meet the minimum income requirement according to the current poverty guidelines to sponsor the intending immigrant(s) for this petition. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of your interview. In order to avoid delays, you may wish to submit an additional Affidavit of Support (Form I-864) for a/another Joint Sponsor to the National Visa Center to assist in sponsoring the intending immigrants

Just a late notification since it was assets should have came with your CC. Remember its up to the CO if they will accept assets or not. Have you checked with others from your country or read interview reviews of others to see if they will accept. Not alot of embassies will. It all just depends.

Just be prepared.

Does Montreal usually schedule all the interviews for a month on one day, does anyone know, or do they do it on two or three days? The trends in the table look like it's one day usually, so it looks like I'll have to wait and hope to get a June interview in April rather than hoping for a May interview. Does that sound accurate?

I didn't find any reviews or find any people from my country. There is not a lot of people who imigrate from Slovenia to US. I hope everything will be ok...it has to be:) Assets are US based cash and both of us are easily to employ.

The affidavit of support package is what you sent to NVC. If you choose to replicate it that's what it is.

Hello guys, My visa has been approved. Just wanted to thank everyone for all their experiences and helpful posts. When scheduling starts they go until they either run out of slots or run out of petitions. Canada usually is one of the last to schedule. I don;t think they have even started yet. Every embassy doesn't start all on same day.

I've seen three people from yesterday was my only reason to ask. SuzieQTpi, donariko and I have forgotten the third. So there's still hope, though?

I see your case complete date was march 23rd.

You more than likely will get scheduled in the second wave of scheduling for may interviews (which will happen around April 12-15.

If you squeezed into the first wave you should hear something by wed-thur this week but more than likely its likely in the second wave mid april.

hi guys can somebody tell me what Affidavit of Support Packet should contain for interview ?

If you're asking about for a Interview day... than you have to take copy of affidavit of support which you have submitted to NVC and most recent years Tax returns. If you have your interview after April than you are most likely to present 2014 tax transcript at the time of interview.

Now I got my P4 the 20th of february telling me that my interview appointement is for the 2nd of april, as i said i am so scared that my visa would be denied by the consulate in Casablanca , for some reason , can anyone please help me , do you think i have any Red Flags or maybe luck of bonafide knowing that we have a son together , and tons of engagement and wedding parties pictures, plus our phone calls and text messages on tongo,Skype,whatsapp..

My husband is going for his medical exam in a few week. In brazil, they have a vaccine card that they need to keep but he doesn't have his so will need to do vaccines again.

Anyone else need to get vaccines with medical and if so, do they do in same place or will I need to schedule appt for a diff day
