Checked MNL case # and it says in TRANSIT ~~~

and it also states that the interview date was provided by the National Visa Center

Now I'm confused since i thought we are the ones to schedule our own interview date after we pay the visa.

The NVC letter always says that but YOU schedule your own interview with the K-1. NVC normally processes Immigrant visas, the K-1 in many ways is processed as an Immigrant visa but is a non-immigrant visa.

In Transit means it's on it's way DHL to the USEM. The other part about the appointment is wrong info, ignore it. You'll be setting your own appointment with the USEM.

I am sorry for the wrong info in my timeline just updated it now again and i hope it shows right this time hehe
