Event Description
Review Date : June 21, 2013
Embassy Review : We got to the embassy at 3:15ish in the morning the first ones in line. We waited outside until about 6:30-7am (our interview was at 7:45...) once we got in we waited about 2 hours before our number was called (002) we went to window 16 the lady asked my husband

1. If we are married.
2. if he had kids.

She asked me:

1. If this is my first marriage
2. If i had any kids

Then we went to window 15 as instructed by the woman, he got his fingers scanned.

Then we went back to sit, for another 2-3 hours once they called us again we got all excited. We went to window 24 and the man made us swear to tell the truth, once that was over he told me that i could leave and sit in the waiting area and to leave all evidence that we had with him.

The man didn't ask me anything.

The man asked him:

1. how long have we been together.
2. how many times has your wife came here?
3. Where does you wife live?
4. Does your wife work?
5. What was my last job?
6. Whats the name of your wifes college?
7. What major is she studying?

So about 5-10 minutes later, Gregorio came out and down to me, he got a green card and a green paper with check marks on it,and was instructed to pay domex.

The man didn't say congratulations or anything though.

But, we got approved so i don't care!!

The overall experience of that was shit lol. The waiting game sucks!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
